Charming Island home! Pet Friendly (fee), Screen Porch. New stainless appliances. Golf Cart (fee & waiver). Close to the ocean and 5 min. walk to public beach access. All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear units with VayK Life!

Unwind in the living room with flat-screen TV, den, and 2 front verandas, all with ample seating. The completely supplied kitchen features new stainless appliances and an island with additional bar seats.

There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main home and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 with a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is comfortably accessible off of the kitchen.

Substantial screened porch with a TV looks out on the humongous fenced in backyard with new turf. The home is the ideal beach hideaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Parlor with a cool drink on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grille to prepare your family meal. Kayak available with signed waiver.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is rented exclusively in the summer on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Fireplace not for guest use. $200 plus tax pet fee required per dog. Golf Cart waiver must be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older. Cost is $300 plus tax per week. NO Smoking. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
