Cavernous living room with two comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and expansive doors that open up to the sizable screened porch overlooking the golf course. Savor a movie nighttime with the family or mix up your favorite beverage at the close by dry bar.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, and a huge island with an additional sink. Plenty of room for all the chefs in the family to prepare delicious meals.

Outdoor Space:
Substantial screened-in porch ideal for watching movies under the stars or observing golfers on the course. Descend the porch steps to the private swimming pool with relaxing seats and an outdoor kitchen area, including a gas grille, island, and an outdoor T.V. for watching sports games or appreciating a beverage.
