To further enhance the location, "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a huge deck that provides ideal vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a phenomenal private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country.

The interior of "Oceanside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a ideal blend of colors and comfort. Handsome floors and a fireplace anchor the delightful decor. The kitchen, newly modernized, is ideal for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering painless and fashonable. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom.

- The pool is not heated.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

Parking Details:
- There are two designated spots and more on a first come first serve basis.
- Guests require a car pass to park in the lot and a gate code for entrance. Guests will be given TWO car passes upon check-in.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Boulevard, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms.
