This oceanfront townhome has been newly modernized and professionally decorated throughout. Savor plenty of space for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa. Located in the prime location of Wild Dunes and located with direct beach access just seconds away.

A few highlights of this fabulous home are the extravagant kitchen and flowing layout. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a enormous bespoke island and impressive ocean vistas visible through the back sliding doors. The open living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, and a separate bar area with constructed-in mini refrigerator.

The outdoor dining table placed on the screened in porch provides a peaceful place to appreciate meals while listening to the ocean. The first floor has one guest bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest room is upstairs with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also on the second floor is a primary suite and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk in shower. Unwind with vistas of the ocean from the private balcony!

Beach Club Villas include a community pool and boardwalk to the beach. The surrounding areas have tons to offer including golf courses, eateries, and miles of bicycle paths in Wild Dunes. Downtown Charleston is about 20 mins. away.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive a credit to VayK Life for renting beach gear. Linens and towels supplied. Washer and dryer available.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed seasonally from October 31st - April 1st. Garage is not for guest use. 1600 Sqft. There is no elevator at this property. Rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer, nighttime minimum varies for off season. NO smoking, NO Family Animals. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be finished by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Beach access is open, but noise/disruption of equipment moving through this area is possible. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.
