Welcome to 910 Ocean Boulevard! This oceanfront getaway has something for the entire family. Choose your favorite spot from multiple oceanfront decks, poolside, calming in the hot tub, or cooking and chatting at the outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar. Easily have your toes in the sand via your private, direct beach access. Walk to stores and eateries and appreciate local entertainment.
Gather together indoors with seating in the living room for everybody to watch your favorite shows after a long day at the beach. Cook family meals in the completely supplied kitchen while appreciating ocean vistas and additional company with the bar seating. Unwind and savor the sunroom with room to play games with the kids. A sleeper couch is also supplied in the sunroom.
All bedrooms are on the second floor except for one on the first floor that sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds and a full bath. The first floor bedroom has access to the ocean front open porch. The second floor offers 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a another king bedroom with a private bath. The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a huge sitting area with a full size pull out couch, a private master suite bath and access to the 2nd floor balcony. Every bed is made up with high quality, fresh linens and towels.
The garage is sizable and features an outdoor shower area and a half bath.

NOTE: Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. Fireplace is not for guest use. No events allowed & number of guests can not exceed the max. occupancy of the home. MUST be 25 years old or older to rent.
FAMILY PETS: Animals are considered, but MUST be approved by rental company with a $500 non-returnable pet fee paid. A max. of 1 dog is allowed. Any unapproved/ additional family pets are subject to a fine.
