The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining area, sitting room, bedroom, and a sunroom off the back. The living area features a enormous intelligent TV with YouTube TV so you can conveniently stream all your favorite shows. Please note that the fireplace is not useable.
Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, regular coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc! You will have everything you need to appreciate a meal with your family & friends. The dining table seats 7-8 people, plus there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Also located on the 1st floor is a cozy sitting room at the front of the home. This room is furnished very comfortably making it a great spot to read a good book, and it also features a Intelligent TV. Right across from the sitting room is the first bedroom with a King bed. The full bath has private access to the bedroom, and also a separate entrance to the main living space.
Off the back of the home is an upsized sunroom that is set up ideally for a group looking for a casual meal or relax on the sectional couch while you watch TV and relax! This sunroom is also a great space to separate a kid group from an adult group since it can be closed off with the sliding glass door. And off the sunroom is a modest deck with a gas grille!
The second floor features the sizable Master Bedroom with King Bed, Intelligent TV, sitting area, and private bath! The private bath has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub for relaxation. Down the hallway you will find the 3 other bedrooms, full hall bath, and washer & dryer. Two of the bedrooms each have 2 Twin Beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed.
Our home is located 3 blocks from the public beach access - just walk right up 41st Ave - or you can rent a golf cart and use the 42nd Ave golf cart parking to access the beach! The local Isle of Palms Marina is also located a short walk away (approx. 100 yards) where you can find the marina store and a marvelous restaurant for breakfast or lunch! You'll adore to sit on the back deck admiring all the boats/yachts and looking out for dolphins while you enjoy a fast bite to eat. It also has a modest playground area for kids!
After a long day at the beach, you may rinse off using the outside beach shower to keep sand out of the home, then head inside where you can be assured our beach home will provide the comfort needed to rest and recharge! Build a lifetime of memories, one memory at a time during your next vacation on IOP!

Tricks and tips to get the best Isle of Palms rental home experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in Isle of Palms. To book the most suitable rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby accommodations and attractions.
How to select the best vacation rental in Isle of Palms:
- Begin by choosing a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Spacious, Family Beach Home! Ping Pong, Pet Friendly, Close to Beach & Marina! has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking pages. Otherwise, reach out to the host before you book the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
- Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or charges could be applied to your contract.
More considerations for your visit:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are assessed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few concerns.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
