Desirable first floor condominium located on Ocean Boulevard, this property is just steps from the ocean, park, and access to the only private fishing pier on the island.
Very comfortable, smoke-complimentary, family friendly unit located in the 'A' building of Oceanside Villas. Enhancements including an refreshed/ well-appointed kitchen, new floor, paint and furnishings!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom touts a queen-size and a twin bed. A queen-size sleeper couch with a memory foam bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed. Appreciate everything the beach has to offer, or simply relax pool side. Your private balcony provides the ideal spot to appreciate a glass of wine or get lost in a good book.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great eateries (some with live music), local shopping, and activities. Additional shopping in Mt Pleasant - just over the Isle of Palms Connector. Mini-golf, go-carts, and zip lining all within 15 mins.. Play at some of the area's best golf courses.
