Plan the ultimate escape at this striking and very roomy Ocean Club Villa in Wild Dunes. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that you and your family will have a phenomenal, calming vacation. This Villa is extremely well equipped including beach towels for the guests and the kitchen has everything a family could possibly need during their stay. The Ocean Club is a handsome, luxury gated community with a handsome resort style swimming pool, hot tub, grilles and direct beach access. If you like to stay active while you are on vacation, you can savor running through Wild Dunes, going for bicycle rides, playing playing tennis or playing golf on one of the two golf courses. Although you are not able to use the swimming pools at the hotels in Wild Dunes, you are able to appreciate the eateries and a day at the spa!

As you enter this gorgeous condo, you will be pleasantly surprised how cavernous and bright it is. You step into a enchanting entrance hall which will also give you one of two entries into the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen you will find a magnificent office/workspace in case you need to do a bit of remote work. To the left of the entrance hall you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a full attached bathroom. Down the hallway, you will find a laundry room with a huge washer and dryer and laundry sink. Past the kitchen you have a sizable open plan dining and living room seating for 8 at the dining table. To the right of the living room the is the huge main bedroom with a very enormous attached bathroom. The main bedroom and the living room both have large glass doors which give you access to the upsized patio and spectacular vistas.

*Please Note: Absolutely No Family Animals or Golf Carts are allowed on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is on the beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fort Sumter and Charleston City Market. South Carolina Aquarium and Charleston Fishfinder Charters are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summertime is high season in the Isle of Palms area. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
