Welcome to Island Time in 5, a four bedroom, three and a half bath home, located in the Wild Dunes Resort on the beautiful Isle of Palms. This beautiful home offers a private plunge pool, a enormous yard and an open living, dining and kitchen area. Making it the ideal destination for family and friends.

Features:
Private plunge swimming pool, huge shaded yard and two primary suites. Please inquire if interested in heating the pool for an additional fee.

Living Area:
The open living, dining and kitchen area is a comfortable place to gather and leads out to the screened porch and private plunge pool.

Kitchen:
Totally equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and laundry. There’s also seating at the bar so that you can socialize while preparing a special meal.

Bedrooms:
First floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bath and flat screen TV
Second floor primary bedroom has king sized bed, pull out couch, ensuite bath, flat screen TV and a view of the plunge pool
The third bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV
The fourth bedroom has a bunk with Twin over full, pullout trundle and a flat screen TV

Bathrooms:
Primary bath on the first floor has been newly refreshed and has a walk-in shower.
Half bath is located on the first floor.
Primary bath on second floor was newly added, is brand new and has a bath tub and shower combination.
Upstairs hall bath was freshly updated and has a shower
Outdoor Space:
The sizable shaded yard is a phenomenal spot for dining alfresco and there’s plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Corn hole boards are supplied! The resort has many walking a cycling paths for those that like to discover and the beach is a short walk from the home.
