Freshly remodeled condo in central location on Isle of Palms. 204A Oceanside provides painless access to the Island's main strip including a variety of eateries, live music, local stores, and county park. Just a short walk to the beach and private fishing pier. Unwind by the community pool or your private second floor balcony!
The property has just been newly refreshed with all new furnishings and completely modernized bathrooms. Well supplied kitchen and a space for dining. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs.
Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which accepts for simple on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only a fast 5 min. drive to Mount Pleasant or 20 mins. to Downtown Charleston. These close by locations offer great eateries, shopping, golf courses, historic sites, and more!

Located near the beach, this condo is in Ocean Boulevard, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal.
