Step inside 37 Ocean Point. A luxury five bedroom, five bathroom home in the Ocean Point neighborhood of the Wild Dunes community. Located at the very end of Wild Dunes, Ocean Point is highly sought-after due to its privacy, gorgeous and broad beaches, proximity to the golf course, and definitely handsome community pool! All of which you will have 180 degree vistas from inside of the home.
With three stories and nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, there is more than enough room for the entire family! Upon entering the home from the second level, you'll be greeted with a bright, open living space and enchanting vistas of the Atlantic. The entirely equipped kitchen, wet bar, and dining space are all open concept and flow seamlessly with the living room. Step out onto the covered porch to savor a meal or a glass of wine with an ocean breeze. Ideal for spending time in the evenings after a long day at the beach or by the pool! Also on the main level, you'll find the first of five bedrooms, a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom (Bedroom #1).
From the main level, take a flight of stairs to the third floor where three other bedrooms reside. On the oceanside of this floor, you'll find the sprawling master suite (Bedroom #2) with the most impressive vistas of the ocean, golf course, and community pool via the 180 degree floor-to-ceiling windows. Every morning you'll be greeted by this absolutely beautiful sight. The seating area in the master offers even more ways to appreciate the scenery. Attached to the master is the en-suite bathroom complete with soaking tub, double sinks, and shower. Two additional queen bedrooms (Bedrooms #3 & #4) with en-suite bathrooms can be found on this floor as well!
Last on the tour is the ground level. After taking the staircase down to the lowest level, you'll greeted by the constructed-in office space in the hallway. Ideal for those members of the group that still need to get a bit of work done while they're on vacation! Another queen bedroom (Bedroom #5) is just down the hall, as well as the additional room that could be used as an optional sixth bedroom. The queen bedroom offers an added trundle bed and the additional room does have two twin beds that can be set up prior to your arrival upon request!

Tips to get the best Isle of Palms rental home experience:
When to book a Isle of Palms rental & When to go:
- Summer time is high season in the Isle of Palms area. Book your Isle of Palms rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Isle of Palms area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.
How to pick the best rental home:
- Choose your vacation week and max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration you need. AMAZING Golf and Ocean View Home! Private Ocean Point Community! has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property owner before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Is your family looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
More considerations:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
- Record any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
