This striking home was completely and luxuriously refreshed in 2024. Located in a relaxing getaway on a pond, with idyllic vistas of the Harbor Course, this home creates a peaceful setting for a calming hideaway. The back porches offer a comfortable spot to soak up a beautiful sunrise and the natural beauty of live oaks draped with Spanish moss.
The open living, dining and kitchen are ideal for gathering family and friends, while two floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in for that true vacation feeling.
You will certainly appreciate preparing your meals in the brand new kitchen, that’s definitely a chef’s dream. The sizable island with bar stools accepts your guests to join you.
On the first floor, you will also find a primary suite, a secondary bedroom and a hall bath with direct access to the bedroom.
The second floor includes another primary suite and two bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bath. There’s even a hangout space upstairs for playing games.
Beach access is just down the street and you’re also close to the marina and eateries.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective.
