This brand new Isle of Palms vacation home sits just behind the Wild Dunes gate and is a stone's throw from the beach. A impressive two-story home, The Olivia House has room for the whole family and features its very own private, heated pool and hot tub. You will find 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in this classic lowcountry style home, and with bright, open interiors and all new furnishings, this home will really be a place you will want to return to year after year.

The floor plan features a enormous open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a prepare's delight with all the amenities needed to create and serve your family and/or guests. Off the broad living area you can open the French doors to appreciate the screened porch and deck areas.

The first floor primary bedroom features a KING bed and en suite with a huge walk-in shower. A powder room, laundry room and sizable entry complete this space.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The second floor primary suite, offers a KING bed, sizable walk in closet, double vanities and huge walk in shower. Upstairs you will also find 3 bedrooms, one with a KING bed and its own private bath; another with a KING bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath with an upsized guest bedroom consisting of 1 QUEEN bed and 2 additional-long TWIN beds. Ideal for your large family or group.

The ground level has a garage and private pool with hot tub, which completes this gorgeous new home and offers its guests everything imaginable for your next vacation or hideaway.

Isle of Palms features some of the most trendy eateries and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grille, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally adored Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find modren dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is located right beside Harris Teeter, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71. Located on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway, Islander 71 overlooks the water and has spectacular vistas. When the sun sets and the nighttime is heating up, head to the ever fashionable The Windjammer beachfront bar.

Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or events will result in immediate loss of use. The Olivia House does not allow family pets. No exceptions. The Olivia House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every car to access Wild Dunes. This property accepts guests up to five (5) gate passes per reservation. Only five cars can be at the home at any given time. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and silverware, shower toiletries and soaps, additional linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our enjoyment to provide suggestions for eateries, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.

Minimum rental age is 25.

Finding the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Isle of Palms area. To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Isle of Palms restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Isle of Palms vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
