7 Fairway Oaks is a striking Vacation Home located in Wild Dunes. Beach Access straight across the street (Only 135 yards to the beach!). Features an open floor plan, 4 Bedrooms, 4 and 1 half baths in over 3400 sqft with tons of space for a enormous family. This coastal gem sleeps 12 with 3 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Ocean peeks from the 3rd floor. Cavernous screened porch features new outdoor seating and a Charleston Swing Bed! Kitchen remodeled in late 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances. Kitchen well-outfitted for the cooks on Vacation! Dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 available off the adjacent sun room.

The living room is well equipped with comfortable seating and cathedral ceilings. A new modernized bar in living room includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator. Additional seating in the sun room featuring a sizable sectional couch with flat screen T.V. adjacent to the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor. This fantastic, upsized, master suite includes a king size bed and a new master bath with huge soaking tub and walk-in shower. A spiral staircase takes you to a loft bedroom with two twin beds and access to an ocean view deck.

The first floor features three bedrooms with new private en suite baths. A second master is featured with a king bed and refreshed private bath. Another guest room features a king bed and brand new bath. The kids room offers a fun bunk bed, additional queen sized bed and a new bathroom.

Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes creating an even more private feel. Savor what Wild Dunes has to offer including Championship Golf, elegant beaches, miles of bicycle trails, and select eateries and stores. The resort does not allow access to all amenities, but the surrounding areas offer tons to do. Please reach out to us with any questions!

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is near the beach. Finding your perfect rental:

  • Summertime is high season in the Isle of Palms area. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
