Welcome to 2905 Palm Boulevard! Located on the beautiful ocean-side of the Isle of Palms, a classic beach town near historic Charleston, South Carolina, this striking home was FULLY REBUILT IN 2024 and expanded to 6 roomy bedrooms - all with ensuite bathrooms - and an broad deck with private pool. Be one of the first guests to experience this new island gem!

Stepping inside the home, you'll discover a extravagant and modern design with a laid-back coastal vibe. The open floor-plan of the main living space is an ideal setting for casual gatherings and spending time with friends and family. The pretty new kitchen features all new appliances and a gorgeous central island that accepts for plenty of entertaining and prep space. There are six stools at the island counter for painless meals and a bigger dining table with seating for 10.
