Featuring two bedrooms with two full baths, this condominium is prefect for two couples (with a King and Full Bed) or a modest family. The view is really beautiful with direct vistas over the Atlantic; ideal for capturing the sunrise over the Carolina coast! The oceanfront deck is roomy and features vistas of the private swimming pool, exclusive to guests of Seascape.

The interior of 117 Seascape was nearly completely remodeled by a professional interior design artist. Here is a fast summary of the many recent accomplishments at this handsome home:

The master bedroom features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A full bed is offered in the cavernous guest bedroom making this area ideal for a second couple. In addition to the full bed, the guest bedroom features a twin bed, making it the ideal modest family destination as well. Each bedroom features a private full bath.

Seascape has just finished an broad two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, pretty new stucco work, improved elevators, gorgeous landscaping and walkways, and more.

Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 117 Seascape is a short walk from many of the amenities of the Wild Dunes Community. This includes two golf courses, a day-spa, a playground, and multiple eateries. The Links Golf Course Pro Shop is a short five par away! The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-min. drive from Seascape. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
