Three Bedroom, Two Bath elevated beach bungalow located in fashionable gated community of Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms, with access to miles of beach and bicycle paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Away from the hordes but still near beach- roughly 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can appreciate miles of award-winning white sandy beaches. *

This gorgeous private home features vistas of a tropical Lagoon and Golf Course. Features include: Screened porch, huge uncovered deck facing the elegant lagoon, outdoor shower, gas grille.

Watch fish jumping, a variety of island birds, and alligators in their natural habitat from the comfort and safety of the screened porch, or step onto the deck for a closer look at the sunset! The open dining and living space offer handsome hard wood floor, a flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows (cable not supplied, but antenna connected), and sizable windows for optimal nature viewing enjoyment. Pack light and savor use of the attached laundry room with washer and dryer.

*NO Sportscard Amenity Access. Guests will not have access to Resort pools or exercise center. Golf and Tennis is still available to the public for applicable costs.
