Location is everything, and this splendid villa is ideally located in the heart of Wild Dunes. A five-min. walk in any direction will lead your family to the sea, bicycle shop, the Harbor golf course, spa, five eateries (seasonal), playground, basketball, and an striking ice cream shop (seasonal).

When it is time to retire for the evening, relax by appreciating the vistas from one of two decks, where you overlook the Lagoon Villa swimming pool and handsome green space. 15 Lagoon Villa features two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath, making it a ideal destination for a golf foursome or a family, where everybody needs room to stretch out. The living room and kitchen are located between the two bedrooms. The living room is highlighted by huge picture windows, comfortable seating, wood floor softened with area rugs and a enormous flat screen TV.
