Attractively refreshed townhome on the 6th green of the Links Course in Wild Dunes Resort. This 1180 sqft vacation home offers fantastic vistas of the approaching shots on the 6th green links course. Totally remodeled from floor to ceiling with new wood floors, bead board ceilings and walls, lighting, bespoke kitchen and bathrooms. Furnished with Coastal Charm.

Enjoying the outdoors is painless with a enormous deck off the living room with comfortable seating and vistas of the Links Course. The Fairway Dunes pool is located directly across from the property and don't forget your tennis racquet. The tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Beach access is only a short 4 mins.' walk and is located directly across from the Fairway Dunes entrance.

Loads of sunshine with additional windows through out the end unit townhome. You will adore the kitchen with new counters, cabinets and stainless appliances. This kitchen is well supplied and ready for those summertime family vacation dinners.

Unwind in the cavernous master bedroom with king size bed and is equipped with a 40 in cable tv. The master bath is complete with new vanity, counters, bespoke tile and glass doors. The kid's bedroom has a outstanding set up with a daybed, Bunk Bed and trundle and access to an open deck overlooking the pool. 32-inch tv with cable.
