This gorgeous new rental property at 4202 Palm Boulevard, constructed in 2017, offers everything you need for an memorable vacation. With 7 roomy bedrooms and 7 ensuite bathrooms, the home is attractively located on the ocean side of Palm Boulevard, providing painless access to the beach via the 43rd Avenue driveway, just a short walk away.

One of the highlights of this home is the fenced-in backyard getaway, complete with a private pool, putting green, lounge chairs, covered patio seating, a gas grille, and an outdoor shower—ideal for calming after a day at the beach. The top-floor sundeck offers comfortable lounge seating and ocean vistas, making it the ideal spot to savor evening drinks while soaking in the coastal breeze.

The home features multiple screened porches; the first-floor porch features a massive outdoor dining table that seats ten, ideal for family meals, while the second-floor porch provides a cozy hammock for appreciating a book or taking an afternoon nap.
